"Imagine Shakespeare’s face if one of his wedding scenes suddenly included a moment where the bride’s wig comes off and the stunned groom realises he’s married a man. That would be entertainment. And this bawdy, irreverent reworking of ‘The Taming Of The Shrew’ is two hours of such entertainment…. it is pure fun, full of sparkle and spontaneity from beginning to end.”

"There are laugh-out-loud moments, moments of near slapstick comedy as well as thought-provoking and moving scenes."
